Iron Gummies from Walgreens Review by Kim Townsel
I needed an iron supplement that was not in pill or capsule form. I believe the liquid or chewable versions of minerals are better absorbed by the body. My regular chewable Centrum vitamins with iron was not available at WalMart. I saw these Iron Gummies at Walgreens. The bottle has 60 gummies that provide 10 mg of iron per serving (two gummies). This provides about 55% of the RDA for iron. These iron gummies also contain vitamin C, vitamin B12, and Folic Acid. I liked the ability to take one gummy at one time of the day and the other one later if I wanted. Additionally, if constipation was noted, I could cut back to only one gummy a day. I am happy to report that after one month of taking the Iron Gummies that I feel better and have suffered no gastrointestinal issues or constipation with this product. They do not taste overwhelmingly “medicinal” or metallic. I am so pleased that I purchased another bottle. I can’t find this product available online; it may be an in-store item only.
